  1. I personally think the expansion is a great plan as long as it does not really harm any part of the population living around the plants. It does have some drawbacks but so does everything else. The plus side to expansions along with several other big chemical plants making strides to begin construction on new projects will be great for our economy. This will bring new jobs in all fields and sectors. The negative side is running the risk of having such a high concentration of chemical and oil plants, that both the population and the environment get destroyed. If the new expansion is going to bring in a much greater amount of pollution or byproducts that could potentially harm the population then the plan should be scrapped. Money vs. Health is the real question.
